The theaters proportions, Art Deco architectural style and historical facade remains creating a dynamic character in Balmain.

The courtyards have been refurbished and new light wells and vertical gardens incorporated into the design. A core focus was placed on energy saving design and smart storage solutions with optimised natural ventilation, access to sunlight, indoors and outdoor storage and efficient layouts.
